Portland’s Newest Life Science Project 

The 503 On Tenth will be located in the heart of the Central Eastside Innovation Quadrant and will provide an environment necessary for Portland’s expanding bio-tech industry. The building will provide 312,000SF of BSL2 lab space and 65,000SF of creative office, conference and event space, along with 5,000 SF of retail on the ground floor with the potential of a child care center.  There will be parking for 100 cars below the ground floor level and easily accessed from the southwest corner at 9th and Washington. Delivering 2023.

808 ON ALDER

The Central Eastside Industrial District is a growing hub of innovation in the heart of Portland. 808 On Alder fulfills a drastically under-served market for wet biotech lab incubator space in the metro area, serving emerging health sciences and technology industries. The design will transform a two-story, concrete and wood-frame warehouse into 34,984 square feet of private, biotech-focused research wet laboratory space, along with a new penthouse for creative offices. Along with other sustainable design features including high-efficiency mechanical/electrical systems, the building is capped with an eco-roof, helping control building temperature while preventing excess storm-water runoff. 

Delivery Q1 2021.
