As Founder and CEO, Chris leads Summit and it’s growth in the greater Portland area. With his deep understanding of the evolving commercial real estate business, combined with demonstrable financial and strategic acumen, he has shaped Summits expansive diverse regional portfolio of properties. Chris adds a level of experience and market diversity rarely seen in a development company. Chris has been an active real estate investor and developer for more than 20 years.

SETH HENDERSON

PRESIDENT

With more than twenty years of industry experience as a general contractor, construction manager, owner’s representative, operations manager, and developer, Seth leverages this experience to relate to and lead our project partners. His leadership portfolio includes projects in the public and private spaces, including the high tech, healthcare, multifamily, retail, and office sectors. Seth is currently a Partner and  the Co-Founder OF Level Development NW.

MARTY SURBY

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Marty brings over 28 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry. He is well versed in construction management, project management, owners representation, due diligence, contract negotiations, contracting, estimating, entitlements, cost control and scheduling. With an understanding of developer, owner, operators and contractor relations he leads the team through the construction process. Marty’s experience includes the management of hospitality, senior housing, apartments,  condominiums, office buildings, distribution facilities, manufacturing, warehouses, retail stores, commercial/residential buildings and sub-divisions.

MICHELLE KETTERMAN


OFFICE MANAGER/AP

Michelle brings 18 years of Property Management and Multi-Family Property Accounting Experience.

Prior to joining Summit , Michelle was responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple multi-family communities  to ensure performance at or above annual budget, by developing strategies and executing action plans to maximize profitability and minimize loss in operations while driving the growth and development of a team.
