As CEO + President, Chris leads Summit and it’s growth in the greater Portland area. With his deep understanding of the evolving commercial real estate business, combined with demonstrable financial and strategic acumen, he has shaped Summits expansive diverse regional portfolio of properties. Chris adds a level of experience and market diversity rarely seen in a development company. Chris has been an active real estate investor and developer for more than 20 years.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As COO of Summit, Seth is responsible for executing on internal and development operations. With more than twenty years of industry experience as a general contractor, construction manager, owner’s representative, operations manager, and developer, he leverages this experience to relate to and lead our project partners. His leadership portfolio includes projects in the public and private spaces, including the high tech, healthcare, multifamily, retail, and office sectors.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Josh brings over 10 years of commercial real estate financial oversight and deal structuring to the team. Josh is responsible for all accounting, financial and project analysis. He plays a key role in defining the long-term strategy as well as the short-term objectives that are imperative to maximize the performance and value of each asset.
VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The newest member to the Summit executive team, Jeff plays a key role in the master planning, project management, leasing and execution for the Oregon City mixed-use entertainment development. Jeff brings a fresh perspective + new ideas to the team, while leveraging his 25+ years of business experience to support the Summit growth, capital raises, project management and new development opportunities.
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Marty brings over 28 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry. He is well versed in construction management, project management, owners representation, due diligence, contract negotiations, contracting, estimating, entitlements, cost control and scheduling. With an understanding of developer, owner, operators and contractor relations he leads the team through the construction process. Marty’s experience includes the management of hospitality, senior housing, apartments, condominiums, office buildings, distribution facilities, manufacturing, warehouses, retail stores, commercial/residential buildings and sub-divisions.
VP DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT
John brings 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and development to the Summit team. He is responsible for evaluating and implementing new developments into the growing Summit portfolio. From the onset, John plays a key role in the Pre-Development aspects of the project from idea conception, site acquisition, due diligence, highest & best land use, zoning analysis to entitlements and the formulation of the strategic design team partners.
