WHO WE ARE
At Summit Development Group you will have the opportunity to work alongside our team of proven entrepreneurs and dynamic humans who are excited about creating impactful experiences for communities, brokers, tenants, investors, and partners. We are, at the core, an innovative group of risk-takers, creative thinkers, and collaborators. Our teams are constantly learning and improving, and we check our egos at the door. At the heart of everything we do is our unrelenting desire to continually create, inspire, and innovate.
OUR DESIGN PHILOSOPHY IS DEEPLY ROOTED IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE
We believe that in order to create meaningful, lasting, and impactful spaces it is critical to engage with the people who live, work, and play there. We work with local municipalities, educational institutions, neighborhood associations, and local business owners to ensure the experience we create meets the needs of the community.
FOR EVERY PROJECT, WE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
How can we make this project sustainable?
How will this enhance the neighborhood and the lives of the people who live there?
How will this project create jobs in the short and the long-term?
How will this project enable economic growth?
Each of our projects is unique and provides us with an opportunity to affect the local community beyond the development itself. Our team is committed to creating customized volunteering opportunities to support local priorities. Activities range from employee volunteer days to financial support, in-kind donations to partnerships with local nonprofit organizations.
The Summit team is passionate about a diverse group of charities and social good programs. As such, we have developed a volunteer program that allocates 24 hours a year for each employee to use for volunteer work. Our team is encouraged to choose the projects and nonprofit organizations that are close to their heart.
Our sustainable focus reaches well beyond our local communities. We are proud to support The National Multiple Sclerosis Society through generous donations.
