808 ON ALDER

The Central Eastside Industrial District is a growing hub of innovation in the heart of Portland. 808 On Alder fulfills a drastically under-served market for wet biotech lab incubator space in the metro area, serving emerging health sciences and technology industries. The design will transform a two-story, concrete and wood-frame warehouse into 34,984 square feet of private, biotech-focused research wet laboratory space, along with a new penthouse for creative offices. Along with other sustainable design features including high-efficiency mechanical/electrical systems, the building is capped with an eco-roof, helping control building temperature while preventing excess storm-water runoff. 

Delivery Q1 2021.

ENTERTAINMENT, MIXED-USE

When built as proposed, we will create a vibrant and attractive gateway at Oregon City's north entrance: a place where residents and tourists will shop, dine, stroll, enjoy indoor family entertainment. The proposed development will clean up the 80-plus acre contaminated brownfield site, will create 1000’s of jobs and provide many other important economic impacts to the city and surrounding areas.

BASELINE APARTMENTS

Baseline Apartments consists of 104 market rate units in Gresham, Oregon, across four buildings and an amenity structure consisting of 98,000 GSF. Each 4-story building includes an elevator, roof deck, green roofs, and other elements bringing urban Class-A product to the suburbs. Anticipated delivery January, 2021.

Timberhouse is an 8-story apartment building with offices and ground-level retail. Timberhouse includes 230 apartments with 2,000 square feet of retail. It will be built at Block 3 of the waterfront development, on the west side of Esther Street near Vancouver City Hall. Anticipated delivery October, 2022.
